    Mr. Duncan:

    I am about half-way through The New Depression. It is excellent and very well researched. I question what to make of the fact that according to the Flow of Funds Accounts (published June 7 by the Federal Reserve) the total Credit Market Debt Outstanding is continuing to expand. Isn’t that at odds with the central premise of the book? How should I view that data?
